CONSTITUTION  in 2008

On February12, 2008, the Association was constituted with Statutes established in French by

Maître Jean-Paul/Philippe VERNIMMEN, Associate Notary at Rhode-St-Genèse.

The Statutes were then modified in 2024, to make them compliant with the clauses of the new Belgian Code for Societies and Associations applicable to Non-Profit International Associations. As the legal seat of the Association is in the Flemish Region, the new Statutes were established in Dutch. They were approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly of April 5, 2024, and legally deposited at the Flemish Court of Commerce of Brussels on May 3, 2024 for publication in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette. Their translation in English is reproduced here in the next pages.
